Learned plenty,” one tweet reads. “I hope some of yall like it... It's finally done(-ish).” Exact dates and details on the film’s release are “coming soon.”
Portrayed as “semi-connected short films chronicling the lives of the mutated women, men, and children of Los Angeles,” incorporates such sights as a man having sex with a woman’s talking boil and George Clinton birthing a giant cockroach from his anus.

A Russian gallerist, Marina Shtager, opens up her new space for experimental projects in London with Too Much as Not Enough display.
Artist, curator, dealer, provocateur and polymath Marcel Duchamp is a Pandora of art history for a few, and John the Baptist of current and contemporary art for the others. Among numerous disturbances of the request and typicality of what was set to be called 'art, in 1935 he made Boîte-en-valise, or box in a bag — a versatile smaller than normal monograph including sixty-nine propagations of the artist's own work. In the next years, he made different versions of the cases, with changing substance and lavish touch, including an uncommon release for long time companion Peggy Guggenheim. Is it an arrangement of artist's work or an individual bit of work, or possibly both? As perplexing as ever, Duchamp was not intending to give an unequivocal answer.
The inaugural exhibition at the Shtager Gallery in London brings under a similar rooftop into a smaller space not only a solitary craftsman but rather a different gathering and solo 'shows'. The reasonable motion of Duchamp is impossible to miss in the contemporary setting of commercialisation, gentrification and shortage. A portable exhibition is presented here in the form of an intellectual vortex: it draws the viewer into its own laws for the matter, gravity and light. Just like in the space of contemporary media, where the increasing number of simultaneous voices create more autonomous images of subjective reality.
By placing the artists in an experimental, multiversal and hardly comprehensible conversation, a strategic cacophony, there is an emergence of the question on what we observe in the constantly speeding-up societies: is too much novelty, not enough?
The Shtager Gallery changed its focus from the cultural ‘too much as not enough’ to the first exhibition in an upcoming yearly cycle of research in contemporary miniature art practices in capital of Russia, St Petersburg, to one of the global art capitals, London, the UK, in 2017. Founder of the gallery Marina Shtager has been working in the professional art world since 2006 in the roles of director and curator. She founded Shtager Gallery in 2014. Elephant & Castle is the experimental art space conceived by the Shtager Gallery in cooperation with Morris & Associates in 2017.

iIt's been reported that Thom Yorke of Radiohead is scoring his initially highlight film, Suspiria. It's a change of Dario Argento's 1977 Italian blood and guts movie of a similar name. Luca Guadgnino has coordinated the new form, which stars Chloë Grace Moretz, Dakota Johnson, Tilda Swinton, and Jessica Harper (the star of the 1977 unique). The film has been shot and is presently in after creation. No release date has been reported starting at yet.
Guadgnino had this to say about Yorke in an official statement: "Thom's art transcends the contemporary. To have the privilege of his music and sound for Suspiria is a dream come true. The depth of his creation and artistic vision is so unique that our Suspiria will sound groundbreaking and will deeply resonate with viewers. Our goal is to make a movie that will be a disturbing and transforming experience: for this ambition, we could not find a better partner than Thom."
Producers Marco Morabito and Brad Fischer as well had this to say: "Thom Yorke has composed and performed some of the most iconic and transformative music in modern culture. To have him lend his talent to Suspiria is an extraordinary gift, both to us as filmmakers and to audiences, who have a remarkable, terrifying and emotionally stirring experience in store for them."
The plot of Suspiria:
Susie Bannion, a young American woman, travels to the reputable Markos Tanz Company in Berlin in the year 1977. She occurs just as one of the Company's members, Patricia, has disappeared under mysterious circumstances. As Susie makes extraordinary progress under the guidance of Madame Blanc, the Company's revolutionary artistic director, she befriends another dancer, Sara, who shares her suspicions that the Matrons, and the Company itself, may be harboring a dark and threatening secret.
The film's music director, Robin Urdang, is being credited as assuming a key part in arranging the arrangement with Yorke. In spite of the fact that this is Yorke's first score for a component film, he isn't the main Radiohead part to break into Hollywood—lead guitarist and keyboardist Jonny Greenwood is an incessant associate with Paul Thomas Anderson, creating scores for movies, for example, There Will Be Blood, The Master, and Inherent Vice.
Merzbow and Alessandro Cortini are binding forces for a new collaborative album.
Beholden via Important Records on April 21, the self-titled 2xLP sees the former Nine Inch Nails band member and Japanese noise don paste their enthusiasm for early ’70s modular synth the EMS Synthi, “giving this classic synth a modern workout.”
Ex-Nine Inch Nails member Alessandro Cortini and Japanese noise legend Merzbow may seem like improbable collaborators. They came together over their common love for the EMS Synthi, a British synthesiser from the early '70s that they used on this recording. (Brian Eno is another notable fan of the instrument, which comes in a portable travel bag and is known for its patch matrix and distinctive tone.)
Cortini is a noted synth aesthete, having mastered the Buchla modular system, while also using a variety of other instruments in his work over the years. The Italian musician struck up a friendship with Don Buchla around the time he joined Nine Inch Nails in 2005. Taling FACT for a tribute piece to Don Buchla last year, he evoked his first experience with Buchla’s 2004 comeback synth 200e, explaining: "I just found myself completely engulfed in this machine in a way that I have never experienced before."
Merzbow has mapped out his own territory in the post-industrial electronic tract, and there’s absolutely nothing else like him on the scene.
A seal release notes that Cortini and Merzbow have found ways to bring the origin synth's sound into the modern age. It reads: "Astonishingly, these two disparate artists meld into a single sound as they flex the analog circuitry of the EMS Synthi in new ways; giving this classic synth a modern workout and proving that, in capable hands, a 40 year old analog synthesizer is a tool for the ages."
Cortini published his last full-length solo LP Risveglio back in 2015. Merzbow, in meantime, has already released Aodron, Wildwood II and Gomata this year. In recent years, he's also released collaborative projects alongside the likes of Sun Ra, Boris and Xiu Xiu, plus Flying Basket with Akira Sakata, Jim O'Rourke and Chikamorachi, as well as Cuts of Guilt, Cuts Deeper with Balázs Pándi, Mats Gustafsson and Thurston Moore.
Cortini and Merzbow premiered their live show at the Tokyo edition of Berlin's Atonal festival in February.
